Ensimmäisenä muistutus, että toimarihaku on vielä päällä ja vaalilakanalta löytyy vielä paljon hyviä tehtäviä ensi vuodelle. Vaalilakanalle tulee myös aivan pian lisää hyviä tehtäviä, sillä ensi vuodelle on tänä vuonna toimineen Fiisut V -työryhmän tilalle tarkoitus rekrytoida toimikunta. Tarkempaa tietoa tämän toimikunnan tehtävistä on tulossa työryhmältä aivan pian.

Virittäytykää siis jo laulukirjantuotto-taajuudelle ja hakekaa virkoihin ensi vuodelle. Kilta kiittää.

Hello all guild members,

First, a brief reminder that the recruitment of officials is still open and elections sheet has many good roles to be filled. There will soon be even more good positions as for next year the Fiisut V working group will be replaced with a committee. More information will soon be provided by the Fiisut V working group.

So tune yourselves on optimal songbook-producing frequency and apply for positions for next year. The guild thanks you.

Haku Fiisut V -toimikuntaan

Fiisujen V -projekti on polkaistu käyntiin kuluneena syksynä aiemmin tänä vuonna rekrytoidun työryhmän toimesta. Työryhmä on toistaiseksi mm. suunnitellut projektin aikataulua ja budjettia sekä toteuttanut kiltalaisille aiheesta kyselyn. Nyt työryhmästä muodostetaan toimikunta vuodelle 2021.

Keväällä projekti pääsee kunnolla käyntiin, ja luvassa on mm. uuden painoksen sisällöstä keskustelu ja päättäminen sekä kuvituksen ja taiton toteutus. Tarkoitus on, että suurin osa projektista painottuisi ensi keväälle.

Työryhmään toteutetaan nyt haku, ja ensi vuonna projektia on tarkoitus jatkaa uuden toimikunnan voimin. Voit hakea toimikuntaan kirjoittamalla nimesi vaalilakanaan viimeistään 13.12. osoitteessa https://forms.gle/ryhCs7avWCCdjoey9.

Toimikunnan jäsenet valitaan vuoden alussa raadin toimesta. Tarvittaessa toimikunta voi vielä myöhemmin keväällä rekrytoida projektiin tarvittavia toimijoita.

Apply for the Fiisut V committee

The making of the new edition of the guild songbook, Fiisut, has been started this year by a working group. So far, the working group has, for example, planned the schedule and budget of the project, as well as carried out a questionnaire for guild members. Now, it’s time to form a committee of the working group.

Next spring, the project will get fully going, and we’re going to, for example, discuss and decide on the contents of the book, and of course illustrate and edit the book. Most of the project work should be finished by the end of the spring semester.

We are now recruiting new members to the working group, and next year, the project will be carried out by a new committee. You can apply by writing your name to the election sheet on https://forms.gle/ryhCs7avWCCdjoey9 13.12. at the latest. Please note that many areas of the project require good skills in Finnish.

The members of the committee will be chosen by the board of the Guild in the beginning of the year. If needed, the committee can recruit new members later on.
