Fyysikkokillan sijoitustyöryhmä

Kilta on kerryttänyt vuosien varrella jonkin verran varallisuutta toiminnastaan, mikä tällä hetkellä makoilee menemisiään killan pankkitilillä. Inflaatio syö varojamme vuosi vuodelta, mikä ei ole yhdistyksen näkökulmasta edullista. Sijoitustoiminnasta on jo useamman vuoden ollut puhetta, mutta projektia ei ole vielä saatu raiteille. Raadin kokouksessa 13/23 on päätetty, että vuonna 2023 alustetaan killan sijoitustoiminta ja luodaan killalle sijoitustoimikunta.
Toimikunta olisi vastuussa sijoitusohjesäännön luonnista. Tämä olisi killan virallinen ohjesääntö, sillä näin varmistamme sijoitustoiminnan jatkuvuuden. Ohjesääntö myös varmistaisi sen, että voitot käytettäisiin killan yleishyödylliseen toimintaan, eikä sijoitustoimintaan. Osana sijoitusohjesääntöä olisi myös sijoitussuunnitelma. Tämä suunnitelma pitäisi sisällään tarkat raamit siitä, miten varat sijoitetaan ja minkälaisiin rahastoihin ne allokoidaan.

Mitään erikoisempaa kokemusta et sijoittamisesta tarvitse. Ainoa kriteeri on se, että pidät selvitystyöstä ja sinua kiinnostaa killan talous. Jos hakijoita on paljon, joudumme ehkä karsimaan kiinnostuneista.
Toimikuntaa tulee johtamaan meitsi @varapuhis ja Wapun jälkeen aloitamme ohjesäännön sekä suunnitelman työstämisen.
Guild of Physics investment committee
Hello,
Over the years, the guild has accumulated some wealth from its activities, which currently sits idly in the guild’s bank account. Inflation eats away at our funds year by year, which is not advantageous from the association’s point of view. There has been talk of investment activity for several years, but the project has not yet been launched. At the 13/23 Board meeting, it was decided that in 2023, the guild’s investment activity will be initiated, and an investment committee will be created for the guild.
The committee would be responsible for drafting the investment policy. This would be the guild’s official policy to ensure the continuity of investment activities. The policy would also ensure that the profits are used for the guild’s public benefit activities, rather than investment activities. As part of the investment policy, there would also be an investment plan. This plan would include detailed guidelines on how funds are invested and what types of funds they are allocated to.
So, if you are interested in investment activity and/or have experience with it, apply to the investment committee via the form below! The investment committee members will also be guild officials. Please submit your response no later than 11:59 pm on April 17th.

You do not need any special experience in investing. The only criterion is that you enjoy research and are interested in the Guild’s finances. If there are many applicants, we may have to narrow down the interested.
The committee will be led by me, @varapuhis, and after Wappu, we will start working on the policy and plan.
