Hyvää koko kilta,
olen Henrik Aalto, ja asetun ehdolle Fyysikkokillan fuksikapteeniksi vuodeksi 2025, koska tahdon varmistaa erinomaisen vastaanoton tuleville fukseille kunnollisuudesta tinkimättä. Vuoden tietotekniikkaa opiskelleena ja lopulta oman paikkani fyssalta löytäneenä olen päässyt seuraamaan kahden killan fuksikasvatustapoja paraatipaikalta. Kokemukseni ja harras intohimoni koko teekkariutta kohtaan ovat valmistaneet minut suorittamaan fuksikapteenin tehtävät esimerkillisesti.
Juuri fuksikapteenius on fuksivuodesta lähtien vetänyt minua puoleensa ja paljastunut itselle oikeaksi tehtäväksi. Opit fuksikevään näkyvistä vastuutehtävistä ja kokemukset ISOna, nyt kolmannen vuoden opiskelijana, ovat ennestään varmistaneet tehtävän kutsumusta. Palan halusta toimia raadissa ja FTMK:ssa sekä ylläpitää kiltamme verrattoman lumoavia fuksikasvatusperinteitä jämptillä otteella. Ennen kaikkea kapteenin on kasvatettava fukseista teekkareita ja johdatettava jokainen heistä löytämään oman paikkansa, missä valttia on vaistoni varmistaa, että ihmiset ympärillä voivat hyvin.
Killassa aktiivisena fuksina ja nyt ISOna toimineena olen saanut olla monessa mukana. Olen kokenut järjestäjän roolin ratkaisevan merkittäväksi ei ainoastaan tapahtuman viihtyvyyden vaan myös osallistujien turvallisuuden tunteen kannalta. Tähän kiinnittäisin fuksikapteenina erityistä huomiota, sillä omana fuksivuonnani kiltamme uniikki ja sydämellinen yhteisöllisyys auttoi minua löytämään rakkaita ystäviä ja paikkani killassa. Janoankin päästä rakentamaan yhtä avointa ja suvaitsevaista tunnelmaa, jossa kaikki fuksit voivat aidosti olla omat itsensä. Vallitsevan yhteenkuuluvuuden lisäksi toisin QT- ja TFM-fuksit tutustumaan toisiinsa aiempaa tiiviimmin.
Paitsi yhteisöllisyys myös syvästi arvostamani ylväät perinteet ovat irrottamaton osa teekkariutta. Fuksikasvatus on vuosikymmenten yli kantavana jatkumona niistä tärkein. Kapteenilla on suuri velvollisuus taata fuksien kukoistus perehdyttäen heidät kulttuuriin – ja työmäärä on sitäkin suurempi. Olen valmis antamaan tehtävälle kaikkeni, enkä tekisi sitä missään mieluummin kuin killassamme. Fyysikkokillan fuksikapteenina toimiminen olisi minulle kunnia-asia.

Good whole guild,
I am Henrik Aalto, and I am running for Fuksi Captain of the Guild of Physics for the year 2025, because I want to ensure an excellent reception for incoming fuksis—without compromising on standards. After studying computer science for a year and ultimately finding my place in the Guild of Physics, I have had the opportunity to personally follow the fuksi orientation methods of two guilds. This experience and my passion for teekkari culture have prepared me to perform the duties of a fuksi captain in an exemplary manner.
The role of fuksi captain has attracted me since my fuksi year, proving to be my true calling. The lessons I learned from the key responsibilities I undertook during my fuksi year’s spring and my experiences as a BIG have further confirmed the calling. I am passionate about serving on the board and in FTMK, while upholding our guild’s unique fuksi traditions with a firm and steady hand. The captain’s primary duty is to guide all fuksis in becoming teekkaris and help each of them find their own place, where my natural instinct for ensuring the well-being of those around me will prevail.
As an active fuksi and BIG within the guild, I have had the opportunity to take part in numerous activities. I have found that the organiser’s role is crucial in ensuring that participants not only enjoy themselves but also feel safe. As fuksi captain, this would be a key focus for me, as during my own fuksi year, the unique and warm spirit of our guild helped me find dear friends and my place in the guild. I am excited to build a similarly open and tolerant atmosphere where all fuksis can truly be themselves. In addition to the existing sense of togetherness, I would work towards fostering even closer ties between the QT and TFM fuksis.
Not only the sense of community, but also the noble traditions—that I deeply value—are an integral part of teekkari culture. Fuksi upbringing, a decades-long continuum, is the most important of the traditions. The captain carries a great responsibility to ensure that the fuksis thrive while initiating them into the culture—while the workload is even greater. I am prepared to give my all to the task, and I wouldn’t want to do it anywhere else but in our guild. It would be a great honour to serve as the Fuksi Captain of the Guild of Physics.
