KOKOUSKUTSU
Fyysikkokilta ry:n sääntömääräinen vaalikokous alkaa tiistaina 22.10.2024 luentosalissa E klo 16:15 osoitteessa Otakaari 1, 02150 Espoo. Kokous on kaksiosainen. Ensimmäisen osa päättyy viimeistään noin klo 18.30, jonka jälkeen siirrytään noin seitsemän päivän mittaiselle kokoustauolle. Kokousta jatketaan tiistaina 29.10.2024 luentosalissa E klo 16:15 alkaen. Huom! Kokouksessa äänivaltaisia ovat vain killan varsinaiset jäsenet, joten jos et ole varma jäsenyydestäsi, kysy asiasta pikimmiten osoitteesta rahastonhoitaja@fyysikkokilta.fi.
Esityslista löytyy liitteenä. Kokouksen ensimmäisessä osassa päätetään vuoden 2025 raadin kokoonpanosta, sekä valitaan puheenjohtaja ja varapuheenjohtaja vuodelle 2025. Toisessa osassa valitaan loput raadin jäsenet, sekä joitain vuoden 2025 toimihenkilöitä.
Raatiin ja toimihenkilöiksi hakevat henkilöt voivat ilmaista halukkuutensa jo ennen kokousta täyttämällä ehdolleasettumista varten tarkoitetun lomakkeen. Tämän lisäksi voi käydä kirjoittamassa nimensä kiltahuoneella löytyvään perinteiseen vaalilakanaan. Hakijoita suositellaan myös esittelemään itsensä Fiirumin Vaalipeli-osiossa.
Huom! Ennen vaalikokouksen 1. osaa ei järjestetä vaalipaneelia, mutta kokouksessa on varattu enemmän aikaa kysymyksien kysymiseen hakijoilta. Muita raati- ja toimihenkilöehdokkaiden esittäytymistä varten järjestetään vaalipaneeli maanantaina 28.10. klo 16:15 alkaen Design Factorylla (Puumiehenkuja 5A). Kokouksen 2. osassa puheenvuorojen pituutta ja määrää joudutaan rajoittamaan, ja ehdokkaisiin tutustuminen suositellaankin keskitettävän paneelitilaisuuteen ja Fiirumiin.

NOTICE OF A MEETING
The regulatory election meeting of the Guild of Physics begins on Tuesday 22nd of October 2024 at 4:15 PM in E hall of the Undergraduate Center, Otakaari 1 02150 Espoo. The meeting is held in two parts. The first part ends on Tuesday 22nd of October about 6.30 PM, after which a recess of about seven days will commence. Meeting will be continued on Tuesday 29th of October at 4:15 PM in E hall. Note! In the meeting those entitled to vote are only the regular members, so if you are not certain of your membership status, ask it from the treasurer as soon as possible. Treasurer can be reached from rahastonhoitaja@fyysikkokilta.fi.
You can find the meeting agenda as an attachment. According to the agenda, in the first part, the composition of the board for 2024 is decided and the president and the vice president of the board are selected. In the second part, the rest of the members of the board are selected and some officials of 2025 are selected.
Ones willing to apply for the board or official roles can express their interest already before the meeting via this online form. In addition to this, applicants can go and write their name on the traditional election sheet found at the guild room. Applicants are advised to present themselves at the Vaalipeli section on Fiirumi.
Note! There will be no election panel before the first part of the meeting, but there is time reserved for questions in the first part of the meeting. For other board member candidates and official candidates, a second panel discussion will be held on Monday 28th October at 4:15 PM in Design Factory (Puumiehenkuja 5A)In the meeting the length and amount of statements most likely are to be limited, so getting familiar with candidates is advised to be done in panel discussions and Fiirumi.
