KOKOUSKUTSU
Fyysikkokilta ry:n ylimääräinen kokous pidetään maanantaina 12.9.2022 kello 16.15 alkaen E-salissa, osoitteessa Otakaari 1, Espoo, 02150.
Kokouksessa käsitellään vuoden 2022 tarkennettu talousarvio. Raadin esitys tarkennetuksi talousarvioksi vuodelle 2022 on kokouskutsun liitteenä 2, ja vuoden 2022 elokuun talouskatsaus on liitteenä 3. Kokouksessa käsitellään raadin esitystä tunnusohjesäännön muuttamiseksi. Raadin esitys löytyy kokouskutsun liiteenä 4.
Huom! Äänestystilanteessa kokouksessa äänivaltaisia ovat vain killan varsinaiset jäsenet, joten jos et ole varma jäsenyydestäsi, kysy asiasta pikimmiten osoitteesta rahastonhoitaja@fyysikkokilta.fi.

NOTICE OF A MEETING
The additional meeting of the Guild of Physics is conducted on Monday 12th of September 2022 at 4:15 PM, in lecture hall E, at Otakaari 1, Espoo, 02150.
The meeting will discuss the current financial result of 2022 and correcting the budget. The board’s proposal for a corrected budget can be found in attachment 2. The current overview as of May 2022 can be found in attachment 3. In addition, the meeting will discuss a revision of the symbol code of the guild. The board’s proposal can be found in attachment 4.
Note! In the event of a vote, only regular members of the guild are entitled to vote, so if you are not certain of your membership status, please contact the treasurer as soon as possible. The treasurer can be reached from rahastonhoitaja@fyysikkokilta.fi.
