KOKOUSKUTSU
Fyysikkokilta ry:n ylimääräinen kokous pidetään maanantaina 18.9.2023 kello 16.15 alkaen E-salissa, osoitteessa Otakaari 1, Espoo, 02150.
Kokouksessa käsitellään vuoden 2023 tarkennettu talousarvio. Raadin pohjaesitys tarkennetuksi talousarvioksi vuodelle 2023 on kokouskutsun liitteenä 2. Tarkennetun talousarvion tekemisessä on käytetty talouskatsausta 2023 elokuun lopussa, joka esitellään kokouksessa. Talousarvioksi esitetään noin 3 000 € alijäämäisempää budjettia, jolloin kokonaistappio killalle olisi noin 16 000 €. Tarkemmat syyt käydään läpi kokouksessa, mutta merkittävimmät syyt ovat pessimistisemmät näkymät yritystuloihin, korvaukset killan toiminnassa hajonneista pakettiautoista kevään aikana ja kasvaneet vuosijuhlaedustuskulut.
Kokouksessa käsitellään myös muutosehdotuksia kiltajärjestykseen. Kokouksessa käsitellään raadin pohjaesitystä killan sääntöjen muuttamiseksi. Raadin esitys säännöiksi löytyy kokouskutsun liiteenä 3. Kokouksessa käsitellään myös raadin pohjaesitys killan uudeksi sijoitusohjesäännöksi, joka lisättäisiin osaksi kiltajärjestystä. Esitys löytyy kokouskutsun liitteestä 4. Molemmista esityksistä julkaistaan Fiirumille tarkemmat esittelyt ja perustelut.
Kokouksessa käydään myös keskustelu uuden oltermannin valintaprosessista. Nykyinen oltermannimme on ilmoittanut, että haluaa jättäytyä tehtävästään. Valintaprosessia ei ole kuitenkaan suoraan määritelty killan toimijaohjesäännössä ja kiltalaiset ovat toivoneet keskustelua asiasta killlan kokouksessa.

NOTICE OF A MEETING
The additional meeting of the Guild of Physics is conducted on Monday 18th of September 2023 at 4:15 PM, in lecture hall E, at Otakaari 1, Espoo, 02150.
The meeting will discuss the revised budget for 2023. The board’s proposal for a corrected budget for 2023 can be found in attachment 2. The revised budget is based on the 2023 financial review at the end of August, which will be presented at the meeting. The budget is proposed with an extra deficit of about 3 000 €, which would result in a total loss for the guild of about 16 000 € for this year. The exact reasons will be discussed at the meeting, but the main reasons are a more pessimistic outlook for corporate relations, the compensations of vans that broke down in the guild’s events during the spring and increased costs for the annual ball representations.
The meeting will also consider proposed changes to the guild order. The meeting will discuss the board’s proposal for changes to the guild rules. The board’s proposal for the revision of the guild rules can be found in attachment 3. The meeting will also discuss a board’s proposal for new guild investment guidelines to be included in the guild order. The proposal can be found in attachment 4. The detailed presentation and justification of both proposals will be published on Fiirumi.
The meeting will also include a discussion on the selection process for the new oltermanni. Our current oltermanni has announced that she wishes to step down. However, the selection process is not directly defined in the guild’s guidelines and guild members have asked for a discussion on this issue at the guild meeting.
