KOKOUSKUTSU
Fyysikkokilta ry:n ylimääräinen kokous pidetään maanantaina 20.9.2021 kello 16.15 alkaen etäkokouksena lain 53/2021 nojalla. Kokous pidetään Zoom-etäyhteydellä osoitteessa https://aalto.zoom.us/j/64111931344. Kokous on kokonaisuudessaan etäkokous, joten kaikkiin kohtiin voi osallistua etäyhteydellä. Myös äänivaltaiset jäsenet voivat käyttää kokouksessa äänioikeuttaan etäyhteydellä. Kokouksen fyysinen paikka on Fyysikkokilta ry:n kiltahuone, Y148, Otakaari 1, 02150 Espoo.
Kokouksessa käsitellään häirintätilanneohjesäännön lisääminen osaksi kiltajärjestystä. Lisäksi kuullaan tilannekatsaus Fyysikkospeksin vuoden 2021 produktiosta ja esitellään vuoden 2021 tähänastinen toteuma sekä tarkennetaan talousarviota. Käsittelemme myös Fuusio75-juhlavuoden tilanteen sekä talousarvion.
Huom! Äänestystilanteessa kokouksessa äänivaltaisia ovat vain killan varsinaiset jäsenet, joten jos et ole varma jäsenyydestäsi, kysy asiasta pikimmiten osoitteesta rahastonhoitaja@fyysikkokilta.fi.
Liitteenä löytyy esitys häirintätilanneohjesäännöstä, joka on sama kuin vuosikokouksessa 1.3.2021 vahvistettu versio.

NOTICE OF A MEETING
The additional meeting of the Guild of Physics is conducted on Monday 20th of September 2021 at 4:15 PM as a remote meeting, which is allowed by the law number 53/2021. The meeting is held completely remotely at https://aalto.zoom.us/j/64111931344. The Participants are eligible to attend remotely to the processing of each item on the agenda. Moreover, the members entitled to vote will be able to use their right to vote remotely. The physical location of the meeting is the guild room of the Guild of Physics, Y148, Otakaari 1, 02150, Espoo.
Note, that the meeting will be conducted in Finnish as it is the official language. Due to that all the official documents are also in Finnish. The meeting will discuss the inclusion of the harassment situation guidelines to the Guild Order. In addition, an overview of the 2021 production of the Physicists’ Spex will be presented, as well as the current financial result of 2021 and the budget will be corrected. Participants will also get an overview of the current Fusion 75 anniversary year project and its budget.
Note! In the event of a vote, only regular members of the guild are entitled to vote, so if you are not certain of your membership status, please contact the treasurer as soon as possible. The treasurer can be reached from rahastonhoitaja@fyysikkokilta.fi.
